Refund Policy

Below is the refund policy for Belmont Redwood Shores AYSO's Fall 2016 Season

Requested on/before July 1, 2016

Refunds requested on/before July 1, 2016 will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and subject to his approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests received during this timeframe will be refunded at 100% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child subject to a $50 charge (for fixed fees and charges) and excluding any discounts given for multiple child registrations.

Requested between July 2, 2016 and August 15, 2016

Refunds requested between July 2, 2016 and August 15, 2016 will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and, subject to his approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests received during this timeframe will be refunded at 50% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child excluding any discounts given for multiple child registrations. This partial reimbursement reflects additional fixed expenses the Region has incurred to this date in anticipation of your child playing.

Requests for Refunds received after August 15, 2016 will not be honored.
