Every game for ages U8 and above requires 3 referees. Without referees, it's only a scrimmage match.

REFEREE REGISTRATION PROCESS
All new and returning volunteers need to create a volunteer application (We're no longer taking applications via eayso.org.) by clicking the "REGISTER NOW" button above to create a volunteer account, and then follow the steps detailed below.
1) Go to ayso108.org and volunteer to be a referee with the following steps:
- Click login at the upper right (if you are not already logged in).
- If you are not on your account page, click the circle at the top right and click "Account".
- Click "Volunteer" at the left.
- Click "FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES" at the upper-ish right.
- Click on "View Divisions".
- Click on your oldest player's division (up to 10U-Boys or 10U-Girls). Make sure to check ONLY ONE division. It's a pain if you click more.
- Click on "Referee".
- Click on "Sign Up " and then "Continue".
- Fill in your contact info, accept the various requirements. You'll eventually need to complete a few certifications, but don't worry about them now.
- Follow the directions and complete your registration.
2) Go to aysou.org, and:
- Take the Basic Referee online course.
- Sign up for the Basic Referee Online Companion course. Details here: Referee Training and Certification.
- Belmont is hosting ZOOM "CLASSROOM" session followed the next day by a field work session at the Belmont Sports Complex,
- We will send a zoom link via email a day or two before. You MUST finish the online course before taking the Zoom or field work portions of the course.
- For the field session, wear a mask, and clothing good for some light jogging. You might want to bring a light sweater, hat, and maybe sunscreen.
