FALL REGISTRATION

OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION EMAIL POLICY

Approved May 8, 2025

  • The region will make periodic announcements to our membership about organizations which directly provide operational support to our region, its mission, and to our families. Examples are Footsteps which provides childcare to our 6U head coaches, Framilies which helps families communicate and coordinate to attend practices and games, and the Sequoia Health Care District which provides AEDs to the region for our communities safety.
  • The AYSO Region 108 Regional Commissioner will have the authority to decide which organizations will receive this benefit.
When possible, the Regional Commissioner will consult with the Region Board for their opinions and advice.
  • The Region will work on easy mechanisms for families to filter out such emails.
  • The Region will limit the number of organizations and the number of emails about each. These emails are meant to benefit our community,
  • not burden them with yet more spam.
